The temporary mortuary system is known as the ResponStor®. It is designed with the service user in mind to provide an efficient response when required at short notice. With over 30 ResponStor® variants, there is always a storage solution to suit customer needs. These refrigerated morgue systems are deployed for a variety of situations; such as mass fatality incidents where on scene body storage is required to providing extra mortuary space within hospitals during periods of high demand. Privacy and dignity to those deceased is an important factor of the Responstor®.   

ResponStor® refrigerated morgues are available in two different styles; hard shell and soft shell. The hard shell units tend to be used for longer term instances, for example, to aid mortuary storage demand within hospitals. The soft shell units are highly portable and often used by polices to protect the deceased on crime scenes and in situations of large-scale disaster.

With its extensive range of accessories, mobile pop-up ResponStor® systems can be moved by vehicles, aircraft or marine craft: they can even be air dropped or underslung by helicopter. One of the temporary mortuary system’s most well-known accessories is the dedicated CBRN barrier for chemical weapons and radiation.
